2 C of mixed vegetables, chopped (broccoli, carrot, pea pods, onion, mushroom)
2 C of cooked noodles (can use spaghetti or linguini)
2 tsp of vegetable cooking oil
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of minced ginger
2 Tbs of soy sauce
1 Tbs of oyster sauce
pinch of pepper
Drizzle of sesame oil
Cook noodles until al dente
In a skillet, add cooking oil and heat for 10 seconds. Add ginger and garlic and cook for about 10 seconds. Add the vegetables and cook for about 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the noodles in and cook another 4 minutes. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
Serve and garnish with green onion.
