Описание: Taiwan kicked off civil defence drills in its central Taichung city on Thursday days after Beijing concluded war games around the island. The pre-planned annual series of drills, which help to raise readiness for natural disasters and other emergencies, were modified to include elements of warfare following the war in Ukraine and a heightened sense of threat from neighbouring China.
