Hey guys this is chest workout at home and we will do 100 push ups! But the way how we do will be different. We start with 10 claps push ups then 5 regular push ups and on 5th you have to hold your body at lower position for 5 secons. After that you need to do 5 more regular push ups. This is 1 set and we need to do 5 like this!
At the end of this workout I coudn't feel my chest. It was destroyed!
