Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - DLC "Lightning of Tomoe" Speculation
This is all supposition. But if Sekiro is getting a dlc expansion, maybe it'd be something like this? Incidentally, that lady on the thumbnail is Ginchiyo Tachibana, specifically the SW version, as she's a fellow lightning wielder, it seemed appropriate. Fun fact: She's also in Nioh, where she also has a lightning katana, raikiri.
