The Collectibles in Resident Evil 4 Remake are different from the original. There are completely new collectible types and the game has changed a lot. All collectible trophies are missable since there's no Chapter Select or Free-Roam after the story. However, all Collectibles except Treasures Progress carries over into New Game+. Treasures must be found in a single playthrough to get their trophies, everything else carries over between playthroughs.

For treasures make sure you buy the treasure map from the merchant, it marks all treasures on the map. You often need small keys and other items to open locked drawers and shrines, all those required items will be shown here too. This guide also includes all chapter-specific trophies & achievements. All Merchant Requests are included too. For all weapons you also need the Bonus weapons from Extra Content Shop (requires beating Professional difficulty in New Game, and beating Professional with A-Rank), and you also need the Infinite Rocket Launcher which is only available in New Game Plus and costs 2 Million ptas. Weapon Attachments and Recipes are not directly tied to trophies but they count for challenges and reward you with CP to buy items from the bonus shop.

Some Collectibles can't be reached on the first visit to an area because you will be missing the required key items. This is normal and you must collect them in a later chapter. Make sure you get everything in the order shown in the video because areas become gradually inaccessible as the story advances. There are 3 Main Regions: Village (Chapter 1-6), Castle (Chapter 7-12), Island (Chapter 13-16). After leaving one region you can't return to the previous one.
