The first drill is called single leg reverse wraps (30s each leg)
You are wrapping the ball around the leg that is ball side, and while a traditional wrap is done behind the back, this wrap is done around the front, thus why i call it “single leg reverse wraps”
The only key tip I have, is to keep your feet IN PLACE, do not pick this up, try to keep them as still as possible
The point of all the drills ill be showing you today is to improve your ball control, thus each drill is meant to put you in uncomfortable dribbling stances, so do not cheat by moving your feet
The second drill is called V dribbles (1min)
Square stance
Dribble through the legs, catch the ball with the same hand to dribble it back through,
Then catch it with the opposite hand to repeat the process
The third drill is called single leg cross-body reverse wraps (30s each leg)
Same as the single leg reverse wrap, however you are wrapping the ball around the OPPOSITE leg, thus forcing you to reach across your body
The final drill is single arm v dribbles (30sec each arm)
The ball pattern for these is the same as the normal v dribbles (the ball is moving in a v pattern), however the twist with these is that you are doing them with one arm, thus you have to twist your body and reach to grab the ball when it goes between your legs
Once you complete those, you have finished the 4 minute circuit and if you do this series consistently, you WILL see GREAT improvements in your ball control.
