Morrison labels Albanese the 'biggest each-way operator' ahead of budget reply speech

Описание: Prime Minister Scott Morrison has labelled Anthony Albanese "the biggest each-way operator" in the government, claiming the Labor Party was calling on the Coalition to spend more while complaining the national debt is too high.

The Opposition Leader criticised the government that the budget didn't contain any further funding for childcare, to which Mr Morrison replied that was not the case and noted childcare costs increased 53 per cent under a Labor government.

"Tonight, the leader of the opposition if he wishes to spend more on something ... then he needs to say what he's going to cut," he said.

"The leader of the opposition has an each-way bet on everything. He'd go for a win and a place in a two-horse race.

"He's for everything and he's against everything at exactly the same time".
