Xinhui mandarin
The best season to dry mandarin peel is in autumn where the weather is windy and dry. Dry peels under sunshine for 1 to 2 weeks or until crisp and dried. Store in airtight containers for the rest of the year. Next autumn, take out the peel and repeat the process. Drying for at least three consecutive years to complete the whole process. Of course the longer the peels stay, the more they worth and the better the effect is.
The use of mandarin flesh:
(jam)
Pulp and juice 1000g
Sugar 100g
Lemon juice 1tbsp
(enzyme detergent)
Water : Flesh : Cane sugar
10 : 3 : 1
It takes 3 months to extract the enzyme. Make sure to release the gas in the bottle everyday in the first month, and every week in the other two months.
When used, dilute the detergent with water (1:100). It can be used as floor or toilet detergent.

果皮要在秋涼時份曬至乾爽,約一到兩星期,便可放入密封器皿儲存,待下年秋天再拿出來曬,如是者重複三年便成陳皮,當然陳皮越久越值錢及越有功效。
果肉用法:
(果醬)
果肉連汁 1000g
糖 100g
檸檬汁 1tbsp
(酵素清潔劑)
水:果肉:片糖
10:3:1
需時3個月,頭一個月每天要打開瓶蓋讓氣體排出,後兩個月一星期打開一次即可。
需要用時以酵素:水(1:100)稀釋,可用作地板或厠所清潔劑。
