How to make High Protein Salad at home
High Protein Chickpea Salad Recipe:
1. Take 1 Cup Chickpeas
2. Wash and soak in 3 cup water for 5-6 hours
3. Transfer chickpeas with water in cooker
4. Add 1/2 tsp Salt
5. Close and place cooker on medium-high flame for 5-6 whistles
6. Take a big bowl
7. Add boiled chickpeas
8. Add 1 fine choppped tomato
9. Add 1 fine chopped cucumber
10. Add 1/2 chopped avocado
11. Add 1/2 fine choppped onion
12. Add 2 fine chopped green chillies
13. Add 5-6 chopped olives with 30-40 gms cheese
14. Add some finely chopped coriander leaves
15. Add 1/4 tsp black salt
16. Add 1/4 tsp salt
17. Add 1/4 tsp chat masala
18. Mix well
19. Add juice of 1/2 lemon
20. Mix well
21. Simply Delicious high protein chickpea salad is ready!!
