Tensions in Harrisburg are continuing to simmer as the city government moves closer towards a lawsuit.
Mayor Wanda Williams met with lawyers on Tuesday, according to a city spokesperson, to discuss legal action against Harrisburg City Council. The move comes after the council voted to cut funding for four positions within her administration, including Harrisburg’s business administrator.
Williams had initially vetoed the measures before they were overruled in a Dec. 29 council meeting.
