Keto-friendly chocolate fudge to satisfy your inner-eater

This keto-friendly chocolate fudge is totally sugar-free and tastes like some of the best fudge I have ever eaten! Keto Chocolate Fudge recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I prefer Mexican Vanilla)
1/3 cup Erythritol
A “splash” of Bourbon (optional)
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions:
Put whipping cream, butter, vanilla and Erythritol into a saucepan over medium heat and stir until Erythritol is completely dissolved, (about 15 minutes).
Turn off heat, add a splash of bourbon
Stir and set aside to cool about 5 minutes
Add 1 cup of Stevia sweetened chocolate. I used Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Bar
Stir in 1/2 cup of walnuts
Place in a parchment lined small casserole container or bread pan
Chill in refrigerator for about an hour
Cut into squares and enjoy!
