This 45-minute glute strength cardio and core circuit workout consists of 12 movements for 2 rounds through at a minute to 2 minutes each. I am using a single heavy dumbbell (25 lbs), a set of 12's, a bench or step with risers, a mini-band, and a mat for the core work. I recommend shoes for this workout for the impactful work on and off the bench.
