When Stratton Leopold says some things never change, he means it. One hundred and three years later, you can find the same quality ingredients and passion for sharing happy memories at Leopold’s Ice Cream in Savannah, Georgia.
Tutti frutti, rum bisque and lemon custard were some of the original flavors made by Stratton’s father, Peter, and his brother George, in 1919. They continue to be favorites today.
There are current plans to restore the original Leopold’s location off Habersham and Gwinnett where locals and tourists can continue the tradition of making memories over ice cream.
