Описание: I am an SDE 2 at Amazon. This is the 5th episode of Honest talks. Behavioural rounds are being increasingly used by companies to assess culture fit of the candidates. Companies like Amazon, Google, Twilio, Servicenow, Intuit etc. are now conducting dedicated rounds for it. Amazon has something known as leadership princples, which has a huge weightage in their interview structure. Not only this, similar is the case with Google, where they have googleyness rounds and twilio has company values rounds. These rounds are increasingly given equal weightage than to a technical rounds. In this video, I have dissected how you can crack any behavioural round with ease. I have discussed the STAR method and also have given exact representational answer as to how I will answer suc questions!
