5 1/2 x 8 1/2
On the 5 1/2 side score at 2 3/4
On the 8 1/2 side score at 2,4,6,8

The inserts
3 x 7
Score on the 3 inch side 1/2 , 2 1/2
Cut on the 7 inch side 2 3/4 two times to get 2 pieces. You will not need the rest.
Layers for the back where you will do your writing cut at 1 3/4 x 5 1/4
And cut one for inside with DSP
For the flaps cut 3 pieces at
1 3/4 x 2 1/2
Window sheets cut 4 to 6 at 1/2 x 3
