I spent the winter solstice (the longest night of the year) camping in my hot tent with overnight temperatures dropping to 0°F. I hiked into a new spot, set up camp in deep winter conditions, and settled in for a long, cold night.
We fish the nearby river and explore the area on foot, and cooking good food back at camp to stay warm. This video is a simple look at winter camping in real cold, moving through the day, and slowing things down once the sun goes down.
Spend a quiet night in the woods with me at 0°F.
