Located in Daqing (the oil capital of China in petroleum rich Heilongjiang province), China, this modern & spacious mall opened in 2019 & offers a wide variety of choices for shopping, food & entertainment including a large grocery store in the basement, multiple arcades, KTVs, an ice rink, an IMAX theater & even an indoor theme park for the freezing Dongbei winters.
