INGREDIENTS:(rice)
1 cup rice
2 cup coconut milk
3 tb oil
1 tb ghee
1 ts cumin seeds
1 ts fennel seeds
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon
1 star anise
1/2 ts pepper
1/2 ts cardamom powder
4 cloves
1 onion
3 green chilli
salt
1 tb ginger garlic paste
1 tomato
mint leaves
curry leaves

RECIPE:
In a pan add oil, ghee and add all seasoning ingredients. Add onion, green chilli, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomato and cook well. Add soaked rice and coconut milk cover and cook for 10 minutes. Coconut milk rice ready.

INGREDIENTS (KURMA)
for masala paste:
2 piece of coconut
1 ts poppy seeds
1 ts fennel seeds
1 ts cumin seeds
10 cashew
water
for kurma:
1 tb ghee
1 ts fennel seeds
1 ts cumin seeds
3 cardamom
5 cloves
1 star anise
1 cinnamon
1 bay leaf
2 green chilli
mint leaves
coriander leaves
1 onion
salt
2 tb ginger garlic paste
1 tomato
1/2 ts turmeric powder
peas
beans
potato
carrot
1 ts chilli powder
2 ts coriander leaves
1/2 ts garam masala
1 ts sugar
1/2 cup milk

Recipe:
In a mixi take all ingredients for masala paste and grind it and keep aside. In a cooker add oil, ghee and add all ingredients for seasoning. Now add green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, onion, ginger garlic paste and saute. Add tomato, turmeric powder, vegetable, masala powders and mix well. Finally add sugar, water, milk and mix. Cook for 4 whistles. Kurma ready.
