However, the moment we say JIT, people automatically assume Kanban system. This is entirely wrong. The demand based pull can be created in multiple ways which are well explained in this video.

About Yash Khetrapal: Yash has worked with the corporate world for more than 39 years, holding senior positions in big multinationals. Yash has undergone intensive training at Japan’s various plants 5 times and also Leadership Training at National University Singapore.
