Easily make this quick garlic bread and enjoy cheesiness using @amul_india Garlic Butter & Cheese Spread!
Ingredients -
1.5 tbsp Amul Garlic Butter (Alternatively, you can add 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves to 1.5 tbsp plain butter)
1.5 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp mixed herbs
Amul Cheese Spread/ 1 Cheese Slice
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
(You can add boiled corns as well for stuffing)
2 slices of bread
Recipe:
Take one slice of bread
Put Amul cheese spread/1 cheese slice on one side of the slice
Put Good amount of mozzarella cheese on the same side
Add corns (if you are stuffing)
Put another slice of bread on top
Put Garlic mixture on the top
Heat a pan - Put the garlic mixture side of the bread on the pan and let it cook, till then put garlic mixture on the top side of the bread on the pan as shown in the video
Cook the bread from both sides
Enjoy it hot
