Melt Away Lower Back Pain: Simple Yoga Stretches for Instant Relief & Flexibility

Описание: Studies reveal that almost 80% of people will at some point in their lives experience lower back pain, so you're most definitely not alone. Long periods of sitting, bad posture, stress, or immobility can all cause the hips, glutes, and spine to become tight, which can be uncomfortable and stiff.

The goals of this 12-minute yoga session for lower back pain relief are to help you relax, increase the flexibility of your spine, and build stronger muscles that support your lower back. All you need is your towel or yogamat and a quiet area.

In this session, we’ll focus on:
Releasing tension from hip flexors and glutes
Strengthening hamstrings, glutes, and core
Improving flexibility and mobility through the lumbar and sacral regions
Deep breathing for relaxation and spinal decompression

Practice this 2–3 times per week to feel stronger, looser, and more balanced.
