Ragi flour is one of the best non-dairy sources of calcium when compared to any other grains. Ragi is an excellent source of natural iron. This kind of chips can be stored in an airtight container for 2 weeks. Baked chips are too healthy as compared to fried.

2 cups ragi/nachni flour
1/2 whole wheat flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly flour
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp cumin powder
