I never had these specific Raiden skins before until now when I had the chance to get these skins through summoning a tower in Towers of Time through a tower key which I got as a reward through playing a group of towers at the lower right corner in Towers of Time, the other Raiden skin I unlocked through completing all three Co-Op towers at the lower left corner in Towers of Time.
