Create a report in the Gilson Guardian Portal is simple and intuitive. After logging in, set up your report search criteria. Start by selecting the lab name where you can choose an individual lab or select all labs under your company.

Now select whichever type of date filter best fits your needs. The sample date is the date that the sample was created. The received date is the date that the sample was marked received by the lab. The test date is when the sample was tested.

After selecting the date type, select a date range. You can choose either a predefined time frame or set a custom range to refine your test results. If you only need field data and do not require specimen or strength testing information, check the sample field data only box. Now enter other relevant testing sample information including project ID, location name, placement number, sample number or multiple sample numbers. Set number and specimen number.

You can select a single sample or use the multi-select option to include multiple samples for specimen specific reports,

Once your search criteria are set you're ready to generate reports. Create a PDF report for immediate use or submit the report for approval through the Approval workflow. Approval workflow reports include the Approvers Digital Signature in a system controlled version to ensure the most updated report is shared, you can generate a specimen report for an individual specimen or for all specimens. The report will include the load and stress graphs, the technician that performed the test, and the calibration date of the machine, effectively providing digital assurance that your test results are accurate.
