Youths are not just the leaders of tomorrow but also the leaders of today. Youth Advisory Boards are not another title, a retirement plan, but an opportunity for strategic placement, a door into global leadership and a call to rally a community.

Within this decade, there has been more opportunities for youth representation via youth boards. However, nobody is showing young people how to get in, how to hone the opportunity and prepare for life and career post serving on the board.

If you are a young leader in the development space or a young person that wants to be relevant in the coming decade, this is for you.

If you are a youth advisory board member or a young person passionate about global youth leadership, this course is for you. By 2030, youth leadership will change drastically, the next 5years provide an unprecedented opportunity for pioneering youth leaders to become the next generation of adult leaders.

There are numerous opportunities still hidden in 2025, and if you miss this window, the next big window for you might be 2027. To the new generation of youth that will emerge from 2030 to 2035, this is a window to peep into the future and prepare for what will be the new definition of youth leadership.
