How to migrate from an L2 network to an L3 network (Using OSPF), Wilmer Almazan (MK Network Solutions, Canada). A high percentage of WISP's in Latin America develop their networks in bridge mode. This generates several problems once the networks starts to grow. The companies get afraid about making these changes and they are not aware how to make a transparent upgrade without scarifying the client's service.
