Whisperin' Bill Anderson is truly an American Treasure and is the longest active living member of the Opry Family for 63 years now. I have enjoyed promoting his music, interviews, and career for many years now and am proud to call him a friend. I was grateful to him for recognizing my Classic Country Saturday Night radio show and the Classic Country Fan Trip to Nashville group in attendance, which is at the 10 minute mark. Bill Anderson will always have a home on Classic Country Saturday Night.
