Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), the largest reentry employer in the U.S., launched in metro Atlanta in July, 2021. GreenLight Atlanta, after a year-long comprehensive community-driven process, invested in CEO to scale to Atlanta to open opportunities for the over 3,000 citizens who return to metro Atlanta each year with a recidivism rate greater than 30%. Already making an impact in metro Atlanta, the official celebration was held virtually on Wednesday, September 22.
