"Full Armed" refers to the fact that I am always armed, unlike other SCRS armed runs that drop their guns to get past the weapon scanners. This is the second ever run of this to be done after the camera update (which made this more complicated), just after Carbon (who took my strat and stole first completion after I messed up my own first completion, which I am definitely not salty about)
