DESTROYED 2017 BMW 230i B48 Engine Teardown. CHECK YOUR OIL FOLKS! Another Avoidable Disaster.

Описание: First teardown of the year! This is the engine from a 2017 BMW 230i with 112K miles. This is the B48B20 which can be found in a ton of different BMW and Mini Cooper vehicles include the 230i, 330i, Clubman, 530i, X2, etc.
This was in a modified vehicle that was abandoned and when the new owner got it running, he neglected to check the oil before a hard wide open throttle pull, which resulted in a very violent end to this engine. So just how bad was it and what happened as the result? Thats what this video will hopefully show.
