Well, this song is about a delusional girl who wants to take away your pain and lift your spirit by carving a smile into your face. It's inspired by The Joker, The Smiling Man, and the Glasgow Smile. If you're not familiar with the Glasgow Smile, it's a wound caused by cutting from the corners of a victim's mouth up to their ears, leaving a scar in the shape of a smile as a form of punishment.

This song is a bit dark, but I had a lot of fun creating it for you guys, and I hope you enjoy it.
