After increasing mobility in the hips/ glutes/ adductors in the first to progressions it’s time to practice self assisted Pistol/ Single Leg Squats.
The pistol squat will not only build strength and stability throughout the lower body, but can be a great diagnostic tool to identify weaknesses in the glutes and adductors. Look for medial knee displacement at the bottom of the movement.
