Описание: Glasgow based contemporary trad fusion outfit DLÙ take to the stage at Eastgate Theatre in Peebles to perform a rousing selection of their own songs, all taken from their 2024 debut album 'Close To'. The four founding band members Moilidh NicGriogair (Fiddle) Aidan Spiers (Guitar) Zach Ronan (Accordion) and Andrew Grossart (Drums) met and began collaborating at Gaelic school in Glasgow and use the original Scottish language throughout their music. The fifth member Jack Dorrian (Bass) joined in 2018 and since then the young band have been crafting tand growing their unique sound, fusing classical and traditional playing with powerful, modern soundscapes.
