COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING WITH NO RESTS:
1️⃣ 10 bicep curls (keeping elbows close to your body)
2️⃣10 overhead press
3️⃣10 squat to press
4️⃣10 squat to toss (look up or you'll have ham head)
5️⃣10 tricep press
6️⃣10 weighted crunch press
7️⃣10 side taps (alternate, 5 on each side)
10 SECOND REST, REPEAT 3-5 times as desired! Take a photo and tag me so I can see YOUR #easterhamworkout #fitness #easter #workout
