Ekdum bazar jaisa Chicken fry ghar par hi banane ki sabse easy or perfect recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Chicken
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp kachri powder
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp food colour (optional)
3 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp gram flour
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
1 lemon's juice
Oil for frying
For Chutney:
2 fist coriander leaves
6 garlic cloves
3 fresh green chillies
½ tsp salt
