As of preludes 10, there is a lot of information out there that isn't correct or will be out of date in following patches. This guide avoids the input of virtue points and is simply a pact preview, this is due to no concrete information published by Digital Extremes inside or outside of the game as of yet. Ill do a follow up video when everything is clear to me!
