Just days after the passing of Gary Kristensen—the heart and soul of both Wild Oak and Fish Lake golf courses—golfers returned to the fairways he helped shape and nurture. Gary’s legacy lives on in every green, every swing, every tree, and every golfer who calls these courses home.

Derek and Todd played this 2-man scramble event and heard others sharing stories and memories as we all honored Gary’s enduring impact on the region's golfing family. From the lone oak that gives Wild Oak its name to the laughter and camaraderie we shared, this day was a celebration of friendship, community, and a remarkable man who made it all possible.
