સ્વાર્થી કાલુ કાગડો હંમેશાં બીજાનું ખાવાનું ચોરતો અને ઘર તોડતો. તેણે મદદ માટે વિનંતી કરનાર ઝાડની પણ મદદ ન કરી. પોતાના ખરાબ કર્મોને લીધે, વરસાદની રાત્રે તે ભૂખ્યો અને બીમાર પડ્યો. કોઈએ તેને મદદ ન કરી અને તે દુઃખી થઈને મરી ગયો. ચોરી અને સ્વાર્થનાં ખરાબ પરિણામ સમજાવતી આ વાર્તા છે.

The selfish black crow always stole food and destroyed the homes of others. He even refused to help a tree that pleaded for aid after its branch broke. Because of his bad deeds, he was left hungry and sick during a rainy night, with no one willing to help him. He eventually died in distress. This story illustrates the bad consequences of theft and selfishness
