How to make a Flounce Skirt| cutting and stitching

Welcome to my channel!
Making your favourite flounce skirt has never been easier!
For this tutorial you will need 1.5 - 2 meters of stretch material.
The total length of skirt is 28 inches . For the upper part of the skirt , I cut 2 pieces of 19 inches fabric .
Divide you waist, hip and knee by 4 and add i inch sewing allowance
For the bottom part of the skirt I use the 2m stretch but 11.5 inches wide to make the flounce or ruching.
Run 2 free stitches to make the gathers and pull together to fit the upper part of the skirt.
For the band I cut 4.5 inches wide band . When folded into 2 you will have 21/4 inches band to add to skirt.
Close the sides of the skirt and add band after verifying the measurements making sure it’s accurate . Next you want to and the flounce and fold the base .
Your skirt is ready to be worn!
