During a wet December day, Amtrak train no. 11, the southbound Coast Starlight, is seen rushing through the Auburn Sounder station with heritage unit 301, a Siemens Charger painted in a special day one paint scheme celebrating Amtrak's 50th anniversary.
This was filmed on the BNSF Seattle Subdivision in Auburn, Washington. The rail line is used by Sounder and Amtrak passenger trains along with BNSF freight trains on a daily basis.
