Temu has great customer service which is A1 by far when dealing with other companies. their return policy is within 60 days of purchase and you are allowed one free return but anything after that it’s $7.99. They also have a great price adjustment that you can manage yourself via their app if the price goes down several times within 30 days. You are entitled to, a refund of that particular amount. This is something you will have to manage yourself, but the option is there. Determining the correct size when ordering offline is something we all struggle with from time to time but it doesn’t have to be as hard as it appears.
