তিনি বলেন, ‘আমরা যদি ভেজাল নিরোধ করতে না পারি, আজ যেভাবে ফরমালিনসহ বিভিন্ন ধরণের রাসায়নিক আমাদের দেশেল খাদ্যদ্রব্যের মধ্যে প্রবেশ করানো হচ্ছে, তাহলে ভবিষ্যৎ বংশধরেরা পঙ্গুত্ব, প্রতিবন্ধীত্ব সহ বিভিন্ন রোগে আক্রান্ত হবে এবং আগামী দিনের কোনো সম্ভাবনা থাকবে না। তাই এই জিনিসগুলোকে নিরূপণ করার জন্য মানুষকে সচেতন করা দরকার।’

On Sunday afternoon, he spoke at an event organized on World Meteorology Day.

He said, "If we can not stop the adulteration, as today the different types of chemicals, including formalin, are being entered into our domestic food, future descendants will be affected by various diseases including crippling, disability and there will be no possibility of the coming day. Therefore, it is necessary to make people aware of these things.
