If the No Contact Rule did not work, what are your options?

Well, for starters, you want to be wary about what your intentions are before you begin No Contact. Is it some sort of mind game intended to force your ex to crawl over broken shards of glass.

Does the No Contact Rule work if you're intending it to be a mind game? Usually not.

Instead, the purpose of No Contact is put you in a better position to get your ex back by connecting with them on an emotional level.

So what if No Contact doesn't work in getting your ex to talk to you? We'll, you're going to have to contact them and build the connection so that they feel comfortable getting close and getting back together.
