Before patch 1.2.3 (April 19, 2022)
P.S. Don't use Ben's Raincoat if you want to try this build, it's negate the Helfire Tincture's burn. if you use it, you got no heal from the Planula and the explosion from Voidsent Flame. mind as well explained why you need Aegis, because Voidsent Flame only triggered on undamaged enemy or in this case the player. I've tried it without Aegis, the Voidsent only proc once even though I'm at full HP.
After patch 1.2.3 (April 19, 2022)
Just use the old razorwire and/or Voidsent Flame, there's no Ben's Raincoat + Helfire Tincture anymore. Why am I talking about Ben's Raincoat? You might ask. It's because there are people that like to use the Ben's + Ignition Tank. Now that Ben's only block the first debuff, stacking ignition tank + helfire tincture is not a thing anymore.
