Why did we add this feature?
The Instafill.ai app automatically fills out your PDF forms, saving you a lot of time. However, we understand that AI can sometimes make mistakes. To ensure accuracy and give you confidence in the completed forms, we’ve added a manual review that allows you to verify and change pre-filled PDF form fields before generating the final filled PDF file. This new feature gives you full control over the filling process, allowing for any necessary adjustments before signing and downloading the document.

Here’s what you can do with the manual review:
• Full Control over Form Fields: View all form groups and their related fields. Check autofill results and manually adjust any field as needed.
• Preview and Downloads: Review your completed PDF form before downloading. Switch seamlessly between previewing the PDF and checking the filled data.
• AI Chat Assistance: Get help from the built-in AI chat for any field. It explains why certain fields are filled in specific ways and offers more details.
• Field Validation: Ensure all required fields are completed with clear indicators for mandatory fields.
• Logical Field Groupings: Fields are organized in an easy-to-understand way, even handling complex cases like related and nested fields.

How to use the manual review:

2. Upload a PDF form you need to fill out.
3. Upload supporting documents.
4. The system will automatically guide you to the manual review.
