Today we travel together to the heights and summers of Masal in Gilan province.
To travel to the city of Masal and visit its sights, you must first go to Gilan province and then reach this resort area via Foman or Bandar Anzali.
This area is bordered by Rezvanshahr from the north, Foman and Soumesara from the east, and Khalkhal and Ardabil province from the west and south.
This villa is 60 km away from Talash and 55 km away from Rasht. If you are traveling to this area from Tehran, you have to travel about 360 km.
The city of Masal, which was also called Rookenar the old days, is located in the vicinity of Talash mountains and is the second highest city in Gilan after Roodbaar .
Rookenar has an area of ​​about 622 km and its height above sea level is almost 84 meters. The unspoiled and mesmerizing nature is one of the distinctive features of Masaleh, which has made this summer resort area one of the most popular sightseeing spots in the north.
Another must-see place in Masal is Olesbelanga village.
To visit this village, you have to go 25 km south from Masal. Olesbelanga, which means a tree of great height, has a mesmerizing nature.
The beautiful Olesbelengah summer camp is located in the middle of the mountain and the weather is so good that even Gilanis go to Olesbelengah to spend the summer.
This area is divided into two parts, Olese and Belengah, and for this reason, it is called Oles Belengah.
In the local language, Olus means a mulberry tree and Belengah means a high place, and Olesbelengah is the place where the mulberry tree grows.
The height of this villa is 1490 meters above sea level, and from the heights of Olsbelengah, you can see the whole city of Masal and Talesh.
In order to discover new places, we passed through Olsbelengah and practically entered Khalkhal and encountered these beautiful sights.
