Ingredients for lentil recipe 👇🏻
400 g spinach
3 cloves of garlic
2 onions
1 cup of bulgur wheat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red pepper
Oil
4 cups of hot water
Mix 2 tbsp flour with 1/2 cup cold water

For garnish
Mix 2 tbsp flour with 1/2 cup cold water
1 tbsp dried mint

Recipe Instructions (Step-by-Step)
1. Sauté the chopped onions in a little oil over medium heat until soft.
2. Add crushed garlic and stir briefly.
3. Add coriander, dried mint, turmeric, and black pepper. Keep heat low and stir well.
4. Add chickpeas and rice, sauté lightly, then add boiling water.
5. Add grated tomatoes and carrots, stir to combine.
6. Add chopped beetroot, then the noodles.
7. Mix flour with cold water until smooth and add to the soup.
