With the January 2021 Dead by Daylight Developer Update coming out, the main topic is the new Matchmaking Rating and Rank Rewards. Along with skill-based matchmaking, a new rank rework is being implemented to make ranks a reward system.

This new DBD rank rework has its pros and cons, but only time will tell if it's a good addition to Dead by Daylight!
