Elisabetta de Gambarini (1730-1765)
England

Born in England, Elisabetta was a composer, singer, keyboard player, orchestra conductor, and painter.
She was the first woman in England to have a collection of her piano music published. This set was the "The Six Sets of Lessons for the Harpsichord" which was written when she was a teenager.
She died only a year after she was married, possibly in childbirth.
