Modifying a Watersnake T18 for Steering, Lift and Speed Control - Part 1 of 2 - Lifetime Manta

Описание: In this two-part series (I was concerned that this video would be too long, otherwise), I walk through the steering, lift and electrical speed control modifications in order to make the Watersnake T18 perfectly compatible and swappable with my Lifetime Manta and its steering, lift and speed control infrastructure. This video was originally intended to be a comparison to the much heavier, bulkier and more powerful Newport NV 46lb thrust motor. While testing the final product, my Newport NV-46 (bought used) finally and completely crapped out. The NV was the problem the whole time in my previous PWM video, linked below. In this video, I walk through the entire installation of the lift, which was the most complicated (but still very easy) part of the build.

The second part will arrive here on YouTube in a few days, and will feature the much easier parts of the modification (steering and electrical) and we will take the T18 out on the Shenandoah river to test it.
